THE REDISCOVERY, INNOVATION

The Feudo dei Verità Oil Press has revived an old stone building, typical of Apulia, through a careful restoration to preserve the authenticity of the structure. This attention has allowed us to discover some inscriptions which include expressions of popular character, inspired by the wisdom of farmer civilization.

The old building has been restored to recover and enhance the spaces and the architectural elements, but has also been upgraded thanks to the current processing plants and oil storage. It’s for this reason that our structure presents itself as the union between tradition and modernity, on that path that leads us from olives to the extra-virgin olive oil.

Our oil takes on the scents and the colors of our experience, but also of our dedication to the production, which led us to improve it through advanced techniques that preserve the nutritional values of the extra-virgin olive oil. All this makes to our product not only to be valuable and of a high quality, but also to meet the most refined and modern palates with its authentic flavor.
