In a wonderful environment full of greenery, in the heart of the Murgia in Bari, at Mariotto, comes to life "Donna Francesca," a reference model of family life in the absolute respect for nature, nowadays at the complete disposal of those consumers who demand quality and freshness of a product.

“Donna Francesca” was born as a family farm, passed on through three generations. Michele Dellorusso with his wife Francesca, lovers and founders of the homonymous farm, now run by their young niece Francesca, have passed to their children and to their grandchildren this old tradition.

With a total area of about thirty acres on which persists a cultivation of almonds, olives, cherries, tomatoes and fruit trees, the farm “Donna Francesca” is active throughout the whole agricultural chain, from the cultivation to the processing of its products, ensuring in this way, to the final consumer, the authenticity and the genuineness of its products.

The cupboard of Taste

All the products manufactured by the family farm "Donna Francesca" are obtained in accordance to the old recipes without any use of semi- finished or freeze-dried products, which yes simplify the hard work and reduce the high costs and timing of production cycles, but wipe out the genuineness and the authenticity of a handcrafted product in all its aspects, from the cultivation of raw material to the packaging of the finished product.
